Admission Requirements

1. A candidate shall hold a research master's degree in construction technology, construction management, Facility Management, Civil Engineering , Service Engineering , Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, COnstruction Project Management, and Construction Engineering Management from recognised institutoion. 
2. Candiate must submit a research proposal that is acceptable to the department. 
3. Candidate must attend an interview session and pass the interview before admission
4. Students may be required to take some additional courses whenever necessary.
5. Evidence of research publication will be an advantage.
